Meals on Wheels is a program that provides nourishing home delivered meals to persons not able to care for their own nutritional requirements. This service is available to residents of the Cowichan Lake area.

Community Mini Bus Cowichan Lake Community Service runs a transit service from Lake Cowichan to Youbou that connects with the bus from Duncan as well as its own Mini Bus available to local groups and organizations.
